- Scope of Services
As Lotus provides the following services:
- Home Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Tank Cleaning
- Sanitizing
- Pest Control
- Handyman
- Plumbing
- And others home services
All Services are provided at the location specified by the customer, under the terms described in the booking confirmation.
- Booking and Confirmation
- Customers may request Services via our website, email, or phone (whatsapp).
- A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation or email.
- Service dates and times are subject to availability and may be adjusted with mutual agreement.
- Fees and Payment
- Service fees are calculated based on the type and duration of services booked.
- All prices are in AED and include applicable UAE taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due in advance or on site.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices for any additional services requested during service provision.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule Services by providing 48 hours before the intervention notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation.
- As Lotus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, with prior notice whenever possible.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Ensure the safety of As Lotus staff by removing hazards or dangerous items.
- Provide accurate information about the services required.
- Notify AS Lotus of any special requirements, allergies, or sensitive areas.
- Limitation of Liability
- As Lotus shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of property or opportunity.
- While we take all reasonable care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in areas outside our service scope.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours after the intervention of service completion.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and service descriptions, is the property of As Lotus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal legislation and, where relevant, the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
